Many of PerthWeb’s clients find that our Support and Maintenance Packages are the most convenient and cost-effective way to keep their website up to date.
How our Support and Maintenance Packages work:
- Pre-purchase hours, our pricing model for pre-purchase hours ensures that the more hours you buy, the lower the hourly rate becomes.
- Simply call us, or email us the details of your request to maintenance@perthweb.com.au, and your request will be attended to by the appropriate PerthWeb staff member
- We will then complete the request, and subtract the time taken in minutes from the time remaining on your Support and Maintenance package.

PerthWeb gives Support and Maintenance clients requests priority. In most cases, small changes can be turned around within one to two business days. We also offer WordPress Website Management which looks after security and plug-in +backups updates. Our managed services take the hassle and worry out of maintaining and securing your website.
Please note that our Support and Maintenance packages are not designed for development of websites or major upgrades, this work is typically provided via a fixed price quote.
