Mail List Manager
Many web sites now feature mailing lists so that businesses may keep in touch with their clients quickly and cheaply. PerthWeb makes this process even easier by providing the Interspire Email Marketing tool. The basic process and features are outlined below:
- Via the web site a visitor can simply subscribe or unsubscribe from the list, & their details are captured in a database
- To mail all the subscribers, the list owner simply logs into the Interspire mailing list with their password, composes an email, and sends it – PerthWeb’s mail server does the work, sending the email onto all subscribers
- The mailing list includes a mail merge feature to personalize email, and basic HTML formatting controls like bolding and underlining
- The system includes many features such as free default templates (custom templates may also be designed), a data import/export feature (allows importing of existing client lists or exporting of member details), email view statistics (such as the percentage of users who read an email), and email preview in common email packages
A mailing list may be set up for $399 inclusive of GST, with additional lists just $99. Please note the mailing list must be hosted by PerthWeb, however mailing list hosting is included with all PerthWeb web site hosting accounts, or it may be hosted by itself for $99 per year for up to 5 lists. Custom email templates that are personalised to your company brand are available from $249 inclusive of GST.
